Comfort Inn Avon-Indianapolis West

Very very basic. No real decor on the walls and the room felt oddly empty. But it was clean and the bed was comfy so I guess that served its purpose. I did think it was a little pricey for what it was. But Overall, it was fine.

Clean, comfortable room, safe environment, great staff. No issues, would stay here again.

I'll be realistic and honest. If you're looking for luxurious, updated rooms and plan on spending a lot of time in that room- this may not be for you. However, if you're in town for business or mainly using the room to sleep, it's great. The bed was comfortable, the prices were reasonable, and the location was convenient. Breakfast was great every morning , and the service was excellent. Staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy. You just have to be willing to overlook some minor details.

We were there for an outpatient medical procedure at U of I medical center. The staff went above & beyond for us. Friendly, clean, helpful. Only suggestion brighter light bulbs in the lamps. Keep up your GREAT work.

I can not say enough about how generous the staff was, especially the manager. She is very personable, helpful, and kind. My family and I came to town for a wedding, we told the manager about it in conversation, and she set up the meeting room for us for when we returned that night. There were board games, waters, mints, and the option to connect your phone to the tv for music. I just thought that was such a sweet gesture. She did that so we wouldn’t have to jump from room to room if we still wanted to celebrate with each other. Right off the bat, I was handed a Thank You card with a little handwritten note and chocolate bar upon check-in. We were offered ice water before heading to our room, which is refilled fresh at all times. Their complementary breakfast has a variety of different options. My daughter loved the waffle maker especially. Our room was very clean and everything smelled fresh. We had no problem getting a good nights sleep both nights. Checking out was just as convenient as checking in. I grabbed a coffee and we were on our way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area. We will definitely keep them in mind for the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Star in my book!

My initial check-in a little offputting at first simply because it don’t know what the attendant was doing, but he did take quite a long time to get to me, but it did seem like a really slow night so he probably was tending to duties other then that very, very, very, very nice man. Check me in with no problem. They didn’t give me attitude or act like I aggravated him or anything. Very very great person. Very nice. My checkout was even more pleasant. My stay was great. The breakfast was wonderful I mean either there’s nothing negative. I really can think of to even say about this hotel. I am so recommended and I stay in hotels every day every week every month trust me if I’m recommending it you should stay and the price is great especially for what you get the amenities and everything very very impressed.!!
